The Billet Pro series Commodore VT-VZ V8 6spd shifter is truly one of a kind. Retaining the remote linkage design as found on the factory shifter is a difficult task to achieve when also attempting to improve shift performance and shift throw. This was in fact the key aspect of the design, and through thorough testing and refinement it was successfully achieved to a standard not yet seen.

Driver preference is a very personal thing, and with this in mind shift lever height and shift throw is fully adjustable with three settings from the standard height and throw reduction of 50%, right down to an ultra low position and 60% throw reduction.

Each shift body is precision CNC machined from specially selected billet aluminium and utilises high grade steel shafts, providing the perfect combination of strength and performance for the most demanding of driving conditions. To improve shift speed and precision of the infamous 2nd-3rd gear shift, self centering spring pack systems have been incorporated into each design to ensure a perfect gear selection everytime. Furthermore, the ingeniously designed fully adjustable positive stops add a little extra insurance for your wallet against overshifting and damaging synchros. Anodising and high tech steel coatings and new rubber boots with each item, are just the icing on the cake to what are arguably the best shifters on the market, period.
